Recommend it for cleaning out the trash & improving battery life..
Use it all the time. It really does what it says! easy to use. Only thing is I find I need to use it frequently like 2 times a day because a lot of used apps that run in the background are still running. So each time you turn the phone off the unused apps start to run again as well as the used apps used frequently to keep the phone running.
